Strawberry Basil Ice Pops

Strawberry basil ice pops are a refreshing, sweet treat on a hot day


  • 5 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 3 tsp honey
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 – 1/3 cup basil, chopped (use less for a more subtle basil flavor)
  • pinch of kosher salt


  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth
  2. Pour into ice pop molds and freeze for 2-4 hours. If you don’t have molds, you can use small plastic or paper cups
  3. To remove, run under warm water until loose enough to pull out of the mold. eat immediately, or wrap in wax paper and freeze again
